Loyola's Retreat and Ecology Campus, formerly know as the Ressurection Retreat Center, provides a peaceful setting for overnight conferences, day retreats, academic programs, and special events for all types of groups. With a focus on being eco-friendly the Retreat and Ecology Campus only uses recycled goods and has a sustainable farm located on its premises. Located in Woodstock, IL, embedded on 98 acres of land the campus offers something for everyone. When guests are not indoors in the retreat center you may find them hiking, competing in a ropes course, playing tennis or basketball, or enjoying a water activity.
In addition to all of the great outdoor activities the Retreat Center has to offer the indoors is just as accommodating. Loyola's Retreat & Ecology Campus has year round housing for up to 200 guests, meeting spaces for 200, cozy lounges throughout the facility, a main reception area, and an exclusive on premise caterer who focuses on using farm raised and fresh ingredients. Whether you are looking to host a week long conference for your organization or simply looking to spend a one day team building event on campus, Loyola's Retreat & Ecology Campus will ensure your next event is memorable.

Loyola University Chicago, a private university founded in 1870 as St. Ignatius College, is the nation’s largest Jesuit, Catholic University. On May 25, 2010, Loyola purchased the 98-acre Resurrection Retreat Center located at 2710 South Country Club Road in Woodstock, Illinois, from the Congregation of the Resurrection. The retreat center, which the University has named the Loyola University Chicago Retreat and Ecology Campus (LUREC) is home to a 4 acre lake, wetlands, hiking trails, ropes courses, and comfortable overnight housing options for your group's needs.
